Skilled Worker – Repair & Maintenance

About the role

Join Novonesis at its Tianjin TEDA plant as a Skilled Worker in Repair & Maintenance. You will be part of a 35‑person maintenance team responsible for keeping critical equipment running smoothly, supporting continuous production and upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve unexpected equipment failures promptly.
• Support repair and maintenance activities across the entire plant as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements in the assigned area.
• Develop multi‑skill capabilities and collaborate with engineers, technicians and production staff.

Required profile

• Technical school diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience installing or maintaining mechanical equipment.
• Hands‑on experience with bearings, mechanical seals and valves.
• Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Logical problem‑solving approach and good communication skills.
