About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI scientist to join our team and drive innovation in AI‑powered drug evaluation and development. The role focuses on building and optimizing advanced AI systems that accelerate pharmaceutical research, while combining deep technical expertise with domain knowledge in R&D.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine AI models for small‑molecule and peptide drug evaluation, including structure prediction and ADMET forecasting.
• Collaborate closely with biologists, chemists, and other domain experts to integrate scientific insights and experimental data into machine‑learning pipelines.
• Lead rapid iteration cycles, deploy prototypes in production environments, and ensure models meet regulatory and quality standards.

Required profile

• PhD or Master’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Computational Chemistry, Computational Biology, Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI‑driven drug discovery, especially with small‑molecule or peptide evaluation.
• Strong understanding of disease biology and target research, with the ability to link biological insights to chemical design strategies.
• Hands‑on expertise with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, and scientific libraries like NumPy, SciPy, and Pandas.
