Software Engineer

About the role

TD SYNNEX is looking for a Software Engineer to join its development team. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering software modules while ensuring high quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in software design and development, leading module or feature implementation.
• Write and review functional requirement documents, conduct development and integration testing.
• Diagnose, analyze root causes, and fix production issues promptly.
• Lead code refactoring, identify and remediate technical debt to improve maintainability.
• Continuously learn new business knowledge and technologies, leveraging AI tools for requirement analysis, code generation, and code review.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficient in Mandarin with standard pronunciation and English CET-4 level or above.
• Proactive, responsible, team‑oriented with strong cross‑team communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong Java fundamentals and experience with distributed application development.
• Familiarity with Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate/MyBatis frameworks.
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL; SQL optimization skills.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (preferred), Git, CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Linux commands, Docker, and Kubernetes (K8S).
• Ability to use AI tools safely and effectively, including Vibe Coding.
