职位概况
负责Social Video类广告项目的全流程制片统筹，确保内容符合社交平台传播语境，薪资10K-15K，工作地点上海虹口区。
主要职责
- 根据创意Brief独立判断内容方向可行性，制定并执行制作方案。
- 在创意、客户与导演、摄影、后期等外部团队之间搭建沟通桥梁。
- 统筹项目报价、拍摄、交付等节点，控制预算与进度，确保不超期、不超支。
- 快速响应客户及内部需求，及时处理项目卡点。
- 维护并拓展高质量的Social Video制作供应商资源库。
任职要求
- 2年以上广告制片或相关经验，具备Social Video或短视频制作案例。
- 深刻理解社交平台传播逻辑与内容节奏。
- 优秀的沟通与需求拆解能力，能将客户需求转化为可执行方案。
- 工作习惯高效，适应快节奏多项目并行。
- 熟悉北京、上海、广州等主流拍摄资源，拥有导演或制作团队资源者优先。
必备技能
- Social Video内容策划与制作经验。
- 项目管理与预算控制能力。
- 跨团队沟通协调能力。
