职位概况
负责SMT制程中不良PCBA的检测、维修及异常分析处理，配合工程师完成故障复现与原因定位，提升维修效率与质量。
主要职责
- 对SMT制程不良的PCBA进行检测、维修及异常分析处理。
- 统计、记录并归纳维修过程中发现的问题。
- 配合工程师完成故障复现、问题分析及原因定位，形成完整分析报告。
- 依据电路原理图、PCB点位图及BOM进行故障排查并完成修复。
- 与团队协作，持续提升维修效率与质量。
- 完成上级安排的其他相关工作。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历（或同等学历）。
- 2年以上PCBA维修相关工作经验，熟悉SMT电路板维修流程。
- 能够熟练阅读电路原理图及PCB点位图。
- 掌握基本电脑操作及常用办公软件。
- 具备良好的责任心和执行力，能够适应加班安排，保障生产进度。
必备技能
- 熟练使用电烙铁、热风枪、万用表、示波器、电源等维修及测试工具。
- 具备元件级（0201贴片、BGA/QFN）维修能力者优先。
