About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a full-time Key Holder (shift supervisor) for its store at Shanghai Hengshenghui. The Key Holder drives business growth through leadership and helps deliver a differentiated customer experience, leading a team of associates so that daily operations, including opening and closing routines, run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Train and develop associates
• Deliver a great customer experience
• Communicate effectively with the team and customers
• Supervise store presentation and sales floor operations
• Protect assets and control shrinkage
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures

Required profile

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Strong work ethic, assertiveness and attention to detail
• Analytical skills, adaptability and flexibility
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stress
