职位概况
负责管理和培养服务销售支持团队，跟进商机，协调订单流程，推动流程优化并进行数据分析，支持业务运营。
主要职责
- 管理服务销售支持与商机跟进，梳理客户需求、准备方案、整理报价并跟进内部审批。
- 支持服务订单全流程，包括报价、订单创建、合同、交付、开票及回款协调。
- 协调内部部门，解决订单执行异常，确保流程顺畅、信息透明。
- 识别并推动服务销售及订单管理流程的标准化、数字化改进。
- 收集、整理并分析服务销售、订单、交付等业务数据，支持业务回顾和决策。
任职要求
- 具备服务销售支持或业务运营相关经验。
- 熟悉订单管理、内部协同及流程优化工作。
- 能够进行业务数据的收集与分析。
