SEO Manager

About the role

WorldFirst is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to drive organic growth across its global financial services platform. You will work closely with development, content, product and regional marketing teams to implement data‑driven SEO strategies that increase visibility, traffic and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute scalable international SEO frameworks for multilingual, multi‑regional sites, including hreflang tagging, regional keyword strategies, localization workflows and geo‑targeting.
• Conduct comprehensive site audits, competitor benchmarking and technical implementations with engineering teams to improve crawl efficiency, indexing and Core Web Vitals.
• Expand organic content roadmaps, evaluate content performance, and double down on high‑impact topics that match target customer profiles.
• Strengthen the global backlink profile to boost domain authority and support brand positioning as a market leader.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure assets are search‑optimized, culturally resonant and aligned with local search intent.
• Monitor, report and act on SEO outcomes using analytics tools, and integrate conversion rate optimisation insights into ongoing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, FinTech or technology environments.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable organic growth and international SEO success.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, critical‑thinking and collaboration skills in a fast‑paced setting.
