职位概况
负责搭建并运营全渠道数字获客体系，提升官网访客转化为高质量 Leads，支持公司 B2B SaaS/企业服务业务增长。
主要职责
- 制定并执行全渠道数字营销策略，覆盖官网运营、SEM、SEO、内容营销等。
- 负责官网内容规划、用户体验优化及转化路径设计，提升转化率。
- 管理百度、360、搜狗等搜索引擎付费投放，控制获客成本（CPA），提升 ROI。
- 主导站内外 SEO，提升自然流量与关键词排名。
- 搭建数字营销数据看板，定期复盘并汇报获客成果与预算使用。
- 跨部门协作，统一 Leads 标准，推动营销素材产出并对接外部供应商。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、数字传播等相关专业优先。
- 5 年以上 B2B 数字营销或 MarTech 经验，具 SaaS/企业服务背景者优先。
- 有从 0 到 1 搭建获客体系的成功案例。
- 数据敏感，熟练使用 Google Analytics、百度统计等分析工具。
- 具备跨部门沟通与项目管理能力，能在快节奏环境中推动多线任务。
必备技能
- SEM（百度、360、搜狗等）投放与优化
- SEO 策略制定与技术优化
- 官网运营与转化路径设计
- Google Analytics、百度统计等数据分析工具
- 营销自动化平台（如 HubSpot、致趣百川、JINGdigital）使用经验
