About the role
Roche is hiring a Senior Sales Support Specialist for its pathology lab business in Shanghai. The role provides data and administrative support to the sales team and helps manage instruments from opportunity to delivery, while assisting the regional head with budgets and operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective sales data support to the sales team or department
- Help track instruments through their full lifecycle, from sales opportunities and orders to final delivery to the end customer
- Assist the regional head in managing CIB, FOC, expenses and other operational budgets
- Coordinate internal regional meetings and support external promotional events
- Support distributor management and related operational tasks
- Help with cross-departmental communication, document preparation and routine and management reporting
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar industry
- Good spoken and written English
Required skills
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of products and applications
