Senior Regional Key Account Operation Executive

About the role

Ferrero is seeking a Senior Regional Key Account Operation Executive to drive sales development across multiple client accounts. Working closely with the Head of Accounts, you will build strong relationships, define commercial strategies, and ensure the successful execution of promotional programs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth drivers for clients and create client plans that align with country commercial policy.
• Negotiate, prepare, and present contracts while coordinating the implementation of promotional plans.
• Communicate channel strategy, provide market insights, and support problem‑solving initiatives.
• Manage client credits, conduct performance analysis, and design solutions such as new initiatives, events, pricing, and profit‑mix adjustments.
• Oversee the application of promotions, monitor competitor pricing, and maintain key trade relationships.
• Provide sales forecasts, monitor client sales performance, and ensure budget alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Category Management, and Finance teams.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience in key account or commercial sales roles.
• Fluent English with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Experience in category, customer, and channel marketing.
• Understanding of P&L and commercial budgeting.
