Senior Recruiter

About the role

Lead, develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to support hiring needs in China and across the APAC region, based on business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Active sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates for open roles.
• Define end‑to‑end recruitment strategies for critical positions aligned with the Koch Recruiting Global Vision.
• Establish and nurture trust‑based relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, HR and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Act as an ambassador for corporate culture and integrate it into the hiring process.
• Support flexible solution design through both in‑house and outsourced delivery models.
• Provide talent advisory insights to enable better decision‑making.

Required profile

• Passion for complex recruiting problem‑solving and stakeholder coaching.
• Extensive recruiting/sourcing experience with demonstrable business impact.
• Experience designing recruitment strategies for critical positions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work closely with senior leadership.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and logical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel ad‑hoc as needed within and outside China.
