Senior Product Manager – Retail Brand Marketing

About the role

The Senior Product Manager, Retail Brand Marketing will translate the overall brand strategy into retail‑focused marketing plans across several therapeutic areas, including diabetes, lipid management, HIV, anti‑infectives and antivirals. The role will generate insights on brand performance, patient needs and pharmacist perception to shape differentiated messaging and scalable engagement programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑therapeutic‑area retail brand planning, ensuring clear strategy, differentiated positioning and channel‑relevant execution.
• Identify and synthesize brand performance, patient needs, pharmacist perceptions and retail customer behaviours to inform strategy and messaging.
• Develop compelling value‑based brand messages and scalable retail content to strengthen positioning and pharmacist engagement.
• Design and execute pharmacist education and professional engagement initiatives to boost product understanding and advocacy.
• Increase disease awareness and patient engagement through targeted education and retail‑relevant activation programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience in pharmaceutical retail or related commercial functions.
• Solid understanding of retail channel dynamics, pharmacist engagement models and patient education approaches.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable retail marketing plans.
• Excellent English communication skills and proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
