About the role

The Senior Manager, Key Account Marketing & Strategy will lead innovative customer engagement initiatives for strategic accounts in China, leveraging MSD's full portfolio of products, services and solutions to drive profitable growth and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Analyze market and customer insights to identify emerging opportunities and develop value propositions for key accounts.
Design, implement and continuously improve innovative customer engagement solutions that capture short‑ and long‑term business opportunities.
Co‑create win‑win solutions with cross‑functional teams, provide progress updates and ensure excellent execution across the field team.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Medical, Pharmacy or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years in a customer‑facing role with at least 3 years of management experience; strong knowledge of customer and business strategy in the Chinese healthcare market.
