Senior Product Manager

About the role

The Senior Product Manager will lead scientific and clinical stakeholder engagement for a core clinical department, shaping strategy, execution and education initiatives. This role combines deep insight gathering, partnership development and cross‑functional leadership to drive product success in the pharmaceutical market.

Key responsibilities

• Deep‑dive stakeholder insights across scientific leaders, clinical HCPs and online HCPs using multiple channels.
• Develop and execute scientific leader engagement plans, including speaker development and national campaign execution.
• Create strategic and executive plans for the clinical department with clear objectives, KPIs and execution excellence, covering peer‑to‑peer education events.
• Build celebrity HCPs to advance disease education.
• Lead customer engagement initiatives for the core clinical department.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 4 years hands‑on experience in central marketing.
• Experience in new department development (preferred).
• Experience managing national innovation programs (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy or a related field (preferred).
