Senior Mechanical Engineer – CT Tube Assembly

About the role

This role is primarily responsible for the mechanical design and system integration of the reloaded CT tube assembly, ensuring compatibility with overall CT system requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and integration of the reloaded CT tube assembly, defining interfaces, tolerances, and assembly architecture.
• Ensure product design aligns with tube loading process and assembly sequence, collaborating with industrial engineering on feasibility and manufacturability.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including system engineering, manufacturing, quality, and reliability to solve product‑process issues.
• Identify design risks, support verification and validation of mechanical integrity, and ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in precision mechanical design and system integration.
• Experience with assembly design, tolerance stack‑up, and equipment/mechatronic systems.
• Background in medical devices or high‑precision equipment is a plus.
