BOM Productivity Program Manager MR

About the role

The BOM Productivity Program Manager MR leads program management of productivity and savings initiatives that reduce material cost of MR product bills of material through design and sourcing improvements. The role works cross‑functionally to translate targets into initiatives, track financial performance and ensure disciplined execution.

Key responsibilities

• Translate agreed BOM C&S productivity goals into a structured portfolio of initiatives with owners, milestones and expected benefits.
• Maintain the BOM C&S opportunity funnel, track committed savings, forecast delivery risks and provide updates to finance and functional owners.
• Coordinate initiative owners across engineering, procurement, supplier quality, finance and other functions, monitoring milestones, dependencies, risks and decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and problem‑solving sessions to identify and mature BOM productivity opportunities, converting them into charters with clear cost baselines and benefit calculations.
• Prepare performance updates, variance explanations and decision requests for governance forums.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in project or program management, engineering, procurement, supply chain or cost management, preferably in medical devices or regulated industries.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in cost baselining, savings validation and KPI monitoring.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholder relationships and drive disciplined governance.
