Senior Manager Cash & Liquidity Management

About the role

The Senior Manager – Cash & Liquidity Management leads cash management activities for all Alcon entities across the APAC region. This critical position ensures optimal liquidity, protects cash resources, and drives balance‑sheet efficiency while shaping the long‑term cash strategy for the area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash and liquidity for all APAC entities, ensuring optimal cash positioning.
• Protect the company’s cash resources and improve balance‑sheet efficiency.
• Develop and implement Alcon’s long‑term cash management strategy in the region.
• Represent the Cash & Liquidity Management treasury function and act as the primary point of contact on treasury matters.
• Implement cash management structures where feasible and enhance cash‑forecasting capabilities.
• Ensure centralisation and security of cash and liquidity across the region.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director, Cash & Liquidity Management, Group Treasury team members, and finance functions such as Tax, Fixed Assets, External Reporting, and AGS.
• Work closely with local finance organisations to align treasury activities.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in cash and liquidity management.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations and balance‑sheet efficiency.
• Proven ability to develop and execute long‑term cash strategies.
• Experience working across multiple entities in the APAC region.
• Excellent collaboration skills with finance and treasury teams.
