About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support our software development and engineering teams. In this strategic role you will partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent management, and cultural alignment, helping accelerate growth.
Key responsibilities
- Co‑create HR strategies aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
- Diagnose organizational health and deliver data‑driven improvement plans.
- Lead recruitment for technical roles, design attraction strategies, and build succession plans for critical positions.
- Implement performance‑driven management systems tailored to technical teams.
- Foster a geek culture and AI mindset through tech forums, hackathons, and other engagement initiatives.
- Support change management during rapid scaling, optimizing processes and cross‑department collaboration.
- Leverage workforce analytics and attrition prediction models for informed decision‑making.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in an engineering‑related field.
- At least 5 years of HR Business Partner experience in technical or engineering environments.
- Strong logical thinking, result‑driven attitude, initiative, and reliability.
- Excellent English communication skills.
