Senior Electronics Development Engineer

About the role

Develops parts and elements of products, systems and solutions according to the V‑model, applying research results and technology advancements while ensuring total system integrity and detailed design quality.

Key responsibilities

• Define system‑level electronic architecture including MCU, power, sensing, motor drive, connectivity, and protection circuits.
• Develop detailed electronic circuit designs, perform simulations and verification testing.
• Carry out PCB layout, prototype, debug designs and lead problem‑solving for production issues.
• Prepare and present designs at design reviews and ensure compliance with product safety risk management.
• Document design work, maintain design history files, BOMs and ensure traceability according to I2M processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of end‑to‑end electronic design, development and testing experience in consumer products.
• Experience supporting products through volume manufacturing and familiarity with medical device risk management and ISO 13485.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, multicultural teams and communicate effectively in English.

• Analogue and digital circuit design.
• Microcontrollers, programmable logic and embedded firmware/software development.
• PCB layout and design for EMC/EMI compliance.
• Firmware development and verification.
• Design for Six Sigma, Lean development, FMEA and use of MS Office.
