Senior Director – Site IT APAC Region

About the role

The Senior Director – Site IT for the APAC region will lead a team of specialist IT professionals responsible for the design, delivery and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure, tools and services that support the workforce across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional IT service delivery, ensuring high user satisfaction and alignment with global ETS standards.
• Collaborate with technical owners, ETS leadership and site stakeholders to document and optimise the regional technical landscape.
• Oversee the performance of AskIT, Onsite, VIP and OCS services, driving service‑level attainment through dashboards and improvement plans.
• Manage contracts and locally sourced services, ensuring cost‑effective and compliant operations.
• Promote technology adoption via communication, training and stakeholder engagement.
• Represent ETS in regional governance forums and act as a liaison between site IT leads and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading large, multi‑site IT organisations, preferably in an APAC context.
• Strong understanding of enterprise‑wide IT service management, CMDB data and service‑level agreements.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering world‑class IT services.
