职位概况
负责车联网TSP、CRM云平台整体架构规划与演进，支撑百万级车辆终端接入和海量行车数据业务。
主要职责
- 负责平台从单体、微服务到云原生架构的升级，支撑高并发终端接入。
- 设计车联网核心系统架构，包括车辆接入网关、远程控车、OTA升级等。
- 制定稳定性、性能、容灾、安全架构方案，解决系统瓶颈。
- 统一技术规范，主导跨团队方案评审与落地。
- 构建车-云-端通信体系及大数据平台，统筹时序、状态、告警等数据链路。
- 跟进前沿技术，开展预研并输出技术白皮书。
任职要求
- 本科及以上，计算机或软件工程专业，5年以上后端架构经验，3年以上车联网平台经验。
- 精通微服务、分布式、高并发、高可用设计，熟悉Spring Cloud Alibaba、服务网格、云原生体系。
- 熟悉车联网核心业务链路，了解终端接入、消息推送、远程控车、OTA等。
- 掌握海量数据架构，熟练使用MySQL、Redis、Kafka、RocketMQ、TDengine/InfluxDB。
- 具备限流、熔断、降级、流量调度、多级缓存、分库分表、异地多活、容灾等经验。
- 熟悉Docker、K8s、CI/CD、监控、日志体系，具备云原生平台改造经验。
