Senior Compliance Monitoring Specialist

About the role

The Senior Compliance Monitoring Specialist will evaluate the effectiveness of SAP China’s partner incentive programs, focusing on controls that prevent bribery, corruption and significant fraud. Reporting to the Global Head of Compliance Monitoring & Analysis, the role provides high visibility across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of partner incentive processes and related controls.
• Design and execute testing programs to assess compliance controls.
• Retrieve and analyse data to select sample transactions for testing.
• Test transactions and supporting documents against relevant anti‑corruption policies.
• Interview internal stakeholders to validate processes and assess fraud risk.
• Prepare concise reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Follow‑up on agreed actions to ensure effective implementation.
• Collaborate with OEC colleagues and management of acquired entities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, law or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of audit, compliance or governance experience in a reputable accounting firm or multinational corporation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear written documentation.
