Senior Account Manager – Design Solutions Specialist

About the role

3M is seeking a Senior Account Manager – Design Solutions Specialist to develop and maintain accounts in the adhesive tapes and adhesives market in Jiangsu. You will help customers solve design challenges while achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer accounts for adhesive tape and adhesive solutions.
• Provide design‑focused solutions to meet customer challenges.
• Achieve sales objectives through independent coverage of assigned accounts or territory.
• Handle customer complaints directly and coordinate assistance when needed.
• Manage sales territory under regular supervision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; Chemistry or Polymer Material background preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably with a foreign‑owned or converter company.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Proficiency with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications.
