Senior Account Manager – Automotive OEM

About the role

Join ZF’s ADAS & HPC business as a Senior Account Manager, driving growth with key automotive OEM customers. You will be the primary commercial liaison, shaping the future of driver assistance and high‑performance computing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned OEM and key customer accounts to meet sales, revenue and profitability targets.
• Support acquisition of new programs and execute business growth plans.
• Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, quotations, contracts and annual cost discussions.
• Coordinate resolution of customer issues such as receivables, delivery, quality and commercial matters.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity and provide regular business updates and forecasts.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross‑functional teams for program launches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, account management or business development within the automotive industry.
• Proven track record managing OEM customer accounts and supporting vehicle development programs.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel as required and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced international environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ADAS, intelligent cockpit, autonomous driving, automotive electronics, software or connectivity solutions.
