About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mathematics Teacher to deliver secondary‑level maths instruction at our international school in Beijing. The role involves planning lessons, assessing student progress and contributing to the school’s vibrant extra‑curricular programme.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons to secondary students.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Support and participate in extra‑curricular activities and school trips.
• Collaborate with colleagues as a team player.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Strong academic background; UK degrees preferred, higher degrees desirable.
• UK teaching qualification preferred.
• Experience in good independent/UK‑maintained schools or recognised international schools.
• Commitment to continuing professional development.
• Commitment to extra‑curricular education and school trips.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
