Search Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Search Marketing Specialist to lead paid search initiatives across Baidu, Bing, 360 and other networks. You will design full‑funnel strategies, optimise campaigns, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid marketing campaigns on Baidu, Bing, 360 and third‑party platforms.
• Develop full‑funnel strategies to increase brand visibility, drive traffic and capture leads.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methods to improve campaign performance.
• Analyse data, generate insights and make data‑driven decisions using PowerBI.
• Manage budgets, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Lead SEO (on‑page, off‑page, technical) and GEO optimisation for emerging AI search tools.
• Collaborate with product, design, BI and content teams to align marketing goals.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• 4–6 years of hands‑on paid marketing experience in the consumer sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven reporting and dashboarding abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Project management experience handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
