Search Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Search Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Baidu, Bing, 360 and other third‑party networks. You will shape full‑funnel strategies that boost brand awareness, drive traffic and generate qualified leads while collaborating closely with product, design and data teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and continuously optimise paid search campaigns on Baidu, Bing, 360 and additional platforms.
• Develop full‑funnel marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to improve campaign performance.
• Analyse data, derive insights and make data‑driven decisions using PowerBI and Excel dashboards.
• Manage campaign budgets, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Lead SEO initiatives (on‑page, off‑page, technical) and GEO optimisation for emerging AI search tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing tactics with business objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
• 6+ years of hands‑on experience in paid search marketing within the consumer space.
• Strong analytical abilities and proven reporting/dashboarding skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation tools.
• Deep knowledge of SEO techniques (on‑page, off‑page, technical).
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Project‑management capability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
