SE Project Manager – Pump & Component Supply

About the role

The SE Project Manager will lead purchasing and supply‑chain activities for pump and component projects, ensuring quality, cost and delivery excellence. You will integrate suppliers early in the product engineering process and drive continuous cost improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and nominate world‑class suppliers, conduct audits and manage technical releases with Quality.
• Perform manufacturability studies, CapEx/tooling investments and EVOB analysis for new projects.
• Plan supplier capacity, manage global logistics and lead recovery actions during disruptions.
• Coordinate technical clarification with external partners for part release (ISIR/PPAP) and manufacturing feasibility.
• Organise RPP workshops, promote VAVE savings and act as purchasing representative in Quality Gate reviews.
• Facilitate simultaneous engineering between Bosch R&D and suppliers, ensuring early involvement.
• Monitor project status (time, quality, cost), drive problem‑solving and support End‑of‑Production planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of purchasing, manufacturing and project management.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
