涡旋设计专家 Scroll Design Expert (PS-TS)

About the role

We are looking for a Scroll Design Expert (PS‑TS) to lead the technical development of eCompressor products at Bosch in Shanghai. You will shape product strategies, drive innovation and ensure the competitiveness of our compressor platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert for eCompressor products and related technologies.
• Lead the development and optimisation of eCompressor systems, components and concepts.
• Define product technical strategies and future technology directions.
• Establish technical standards, best practices and knowledge for upcoming eCompressor platforms.
• Support acquisition activities, customer RFQs and technical reviews.
• Drive problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis for customer and project issues.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality and Sales.
• Serve as the primary technical interface with customers, suppliers and global development teams.
• Support cost optimisation (DtC), value engineering and product competitiveness improvements.
• Mentor and coach engineers, contributing to competence development.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in eCompressor products or similar compressor technologies.
• Strong background in leading technical development projects.
• Ability to define and communicate technical strategies.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in an industrial environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills.
• Capability to mentor junior engineers.
