About the role

The Risk Management Quality Engineer will execute low‑complexity post‑market surveillance processes, ensure product safety, and support quality initiatives within Philips' medical device portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Executes low‑complexity post‑market surveillance processes following predefined parameters and guidelines.
• Tracks and monitors execution progress, providing reports to support decision‑making and resource allocation.
• Develops and delivers reporting tools for performance evaluation and strategic planning.
• Collaborates with business process experts to design and deliver training programs.
• Conducts quality assurance assessments on communication tools and ensures accuracy of reporting.
• Aggregates data from multiple sources to create actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Documents post‑market surveillance activities and maintains records for compliance.
• Analyzes product performance data to identify safety issues or trends.
• Supports preparation of post‑market surveillance documentation and works with clinical affairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sciences, Healthcare Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• No prior experience required, or a minimum of 4 years in post‑market surveillance, medical devices, quality assurance, quality control, or clinical research.
