Retail Recruiter / Recruitment Partner (Chengdu)

About the role

The Retail Recruiter / Recruitment Partner will own the full recruitment lifecycle for adidas retail stores in Chengdu. Working closely with Retail HR Business Partners and the business team, you will attract, assess and hire talent to support store operations and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment: briefing, posting, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing and hiring.
• Plan and attend hiring‑alignment meetings to translate staffing needs into recruiting plans.
• Develop and execute role‑specific attraction strategies using appropriate advertising channels.
• Leverage internal and external talent databases and proactively engage passive candidates.
• Conduct resume reviews, initial screening calls and organize interview schedules.
• Maintain talent pools and provide regular updates to hiring managers and HRBP partners.
• Collaborate with external headhunting agencies and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Track recruitment metrics, report progress and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment, especially for volume or retail roles.
• Strong knowledge of the retail employment market and compensation trends.
• Ability to work with multiple hiring channels and external vendors.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
