Restaurant General Manager

About the role

Beijing Sansheng Future Catering Management is expanding its network of over 50 directly‑managed restaurants across major Chinese cities. The company seeks an entrepreneurial Restaurant General Manager to lead one of its flagship outlets in Beijing, driving operational excellence and contributing to the goal of reaching 100 stores within three years.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high service and food quality standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve performance targets.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Implement brand standards and contribute to the expansion strategy.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Well‑groomed appearance with a pragmatic, integrity‑driven work attitude.
• 5+ years of management experience in international five‑star hotels or high‑end Western‑style dining establishments.
• Age between 28 and 38 years.
• Minimum 60 months in a comparable hospitality role.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Sommelier certification (preferred).
• WSET Level 2 or Level 3 certification (preferred).
• Proficient computer literacy.
