职位概况
负责根据客户维修方案和设计规范，进行油缸维修报价及工艺设计，确保方案经济合理并在22天内完成报价。
主要职责
- 依据客户需求和设计规范，完成油缸维修报价BOM及工艺路线的概念与详细设计。
- 与客户沟通，了解现场使用工况，支持销售进行前期技术沟通。
- 与供应商保持联系，及时解决加工过程中的问题。
- 参与CIP项目，推动维修设计流程和标准化方案。
- 完成其他临时性工作。
任职要求
- 具备油缸应用及材料、生产工艺知识。
- 熟悉相关标准、密封、传感器及计算。
- 具备良好的过程理解能力和设计创新能力。
- 能够使用Office、Creo、MathCAD、有限元分析等工具。
必备技能
- Office软件
- Creo建模
- MathCAD计算
- 有限元分析（FEA）
