About the role

Join KellyOCG as a Recruiter and lead full‑cycle recruitment for a high‑growth client across technology, engineering, manufacturing and corporate functions. You will act as the primary talent partner on‑site, shaping hiring strategies and delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, R&D, engineering, manufacturing and corporate roles.
• Partner with line managers, HR and regional teams to define hiring plans and talent pipelines.
• Source, screen and engage high‑caliber professionals, coordinating interview processes and gathering stakeholder feedback.
• Guide candidates from screening through offer and onboarding, ensuring a positive experience.
• Produce recruitment analytics and reports to keep decision‑makers informed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on recruiting experience in technical, engineering, R&D or corporate positions, preferably within manufacturing.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects.
• Proactive, resilient and results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate market insights into hiring success.
