About the role

Brunel is seeking a proactive Recruiter to source skilled candidates for clients across Northeast Asia. You will act as the primary liaison between contractors and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Account Management team to understand client needs and requirements.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Record recruitment metrics in the Brunel Recruitment System.
• Assist Account Management and Operations/Finance teams with contractor management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in the Oil and Gas sector is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Fluent English and Mandarin.
