Recruiter - Cantonese Speaker

About the role

Join Korn Ferry's RPO team as a Recruiter specializing in Cantonese-speaking talent. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the APAC region, driving end‑to‑end recruitment excellence while becoming a market expert in the industrial and semiconductor sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from role briefing to offer stage.
• Build strong partnerships with business areas and candidates to ensure high satisfaction.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies with a focus on diversity.
• Utilize direct sourcing tools and technology to create quality candidate pipelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and propose alternative solutions.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and drive initiatives.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights, candidate availability, and salary benchmarks.
• Support recruitment efforts for other APAC countries as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in industrial or semiconductor industries.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment within in‑house, agency, or RPO environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills at all organizational levels.
• Excellent organization, delegation, and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Fast‑paced service environment experience.
