Quality & Technical Compliance Manager (TIC / TPI)

About the role

We are seeking a Quality & Technical Compliance Manager to lead corporate governance and technical execution for our inspection and technical service business. You will design, implement and maintain an Integrated Management System (IMS) to achieve ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 17020 accreditations while overseeing the QA/QC framework for third‑party inspection services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document and implement a Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001:2015.
• Develop operational procedures and lead the company through ISO/IEC 17020 accreditation audits.
• Plan and execute annual internal audits across all regions, manage NCRs, conduct root‑cause analysis and verify CAPA closure.
• Standardise TPI protocols, technical data sheets and reporting workflows; review and approve ITPs and final inspection reports.
• Act as technical authority for lifting equipment inspections, ensuring compliance with ASME, BS, ISO and LEEA codes.
• Supervise calibration of testing equipment, load cells and NDT kits and ensure up‑to‑date certificates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) sector.
• At least 5 years in a dedicated QA/QC or technical management role.
• Proven success in achieving ISO 17020 accreditation for an inspection body.
