Quality Inspection & Surveillance Engineer – QLS System

About the role

This position supports quality and work authorization activities for Airbus in Tianjin. You will work within multifunctional teams to investigate, contain, and resolve quality and technical issues reported by internal business units and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct investigations and root‑cause analysis for quality/technical issues.
• Perform quality inspections, final checks, attestations, stop points, and out‑of‑sequence work, including critical activities when not delegated.
• Maintain operational surveillance of people, product, and processes.
• Provide feedback and coaching to operations and support functions on quality observations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and predictive quality activities.
• Open and close non‑conformities and support the shop floor with quality expertise.
