Project Scheduler – Construction Projects

About the role

A project‑based position responsible for planning, scheduling and supporting construction management across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and project management tasks. The role reports to the Project Manager and works closely with the Project Controls team to ensure timely, quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall project schedule in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, consolidating weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate weekly schedule review meetings with contractors, reviewing schedule control, manpower and productivity plans.
• Monitor contractor progress, verify measurement methods, and produce discipline‑specific progress charts.
• Identify schedule risks and opportunities, advise the Project Manager on mitigation plans, and ensure alignment with global processes.
• Support lesson‑learned sessions and prepare as‑built schedules within 30 days of key milestones.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering, project management or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of construction scheduling experience in pharma, semiconductor or hi‑tech manufacturing.
• At least 10 years of overall project services experience, including planning, scheduling and cost engineering.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wider team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera (P6) scheduling software.
• Experience using Microsoft Project.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
