Project Manager – Turbocor Operations

About the role

As a Project Manager for Turbocor, you will lead and coordinate multiple operational projects over the next two to three years, including the implementation of a new TT line, machining, and sub‑assembly processes. You will also support global initiatives aimed at improving internal processes and overall efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and adjust project plans to meet evolving requirements.
• Monitor and report on project cost, schedule and quality KPIs, ensuring compliance with Danfoss and customer standards.
• Manage project changes, interventions and risk mitigation actions.
• Review deliverables prepared by the team before customer hand‑over.
• Apply project‑management methodology and enforce project standards.
• Provide regular status updates to management and key stakeholders.
• Participate in technical activities such as specification, layout and process design.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• Proven track record of managing projects.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
