Project Manager – Energy & Manufacturing

About the role

Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead internal‑client (IC) projects within its Transformer Business Unit in Greater China. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute IC projects following company procedures, contractual agreements, quality standards, HSE requirements and financial targets.
• Monitor and control project progress, resources, and financials to achieve schedule commitments.
• Manage contract and claims processes in line with Hitachi Energy policies.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient English language ability.
