Project Manager – Comminution

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the Comminution department’s key‑account projects, ensuring timely and on‑budget delivery while providing excellent service to overseas customers. This full‑time position reports to the Project & Customer Service Director and focuses on end‑to‑end project execution from RFQ to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Handle regional RFQs and collaborate with overseas customers and internal stakeholders.
• Create and manage orders in SAP, track project plans, and identify critical paths to avoid bottlenecks.
• Respond quickly to customer and site requests, adjusting timelines and delivery schedules as needed.
• Initiate process improvements when recurring obstacles are identified.
• Administer contracts, manage subcontractor and supplier relationships, and conduct site meetings or visits.
• Provide regular progress reports to Interco customers and set regional output budgets.
• Lead the team to meet or exceed budget and on‑time‑delivery targets.

Required profile

• PMP certification.
• Solid project‑management experience with a technical background.
• Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Strong risk‑identification ability and a focus on quality and cost control.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with the capacity to manage multiple tasks end‑to‑end.
