Production Technician

About the role

The Production Technician provides technical support across manufacturing areas, working closely with engineers to ensure equipment reliability and process efficiency. This full‑time position involves hands‑on maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of production systems.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and support manufacturing equipment and production processes.
• Perform equipment calibration, troubleshoot failures, and execute preventive maintenance.
• Assist in developing, improving, and optimizing manufacturing standards, cycle‑time, yield, cost, quality, safety and compliance.
• Use layout plans, blueprints, manuals and sketches to set up and adjust equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers to test, resolve problems, and document new or existing components and processes.
• Compile and maintain technical documentation and build custom tools as needed.
• Manage chemicals used in production and support raw‑material qualification.

Required profile

• Relevant higher education, specialized training or certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production support role.
