Job description

Key responsibilities

Production management for HSCA or Jumper products
Ensure production safety at all times
Provide basic training and re‑education (non‑technical)
Support analysis and tracking of PPM (Parts Per Million) and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) targets
Lead workshops and continuous improvement teams for cost reduction
Use management tools to minimise PPM and external complaints
Assess Phase 4 processes and propose solutions
Reduce direct labour and improve PPH while achieving cost savings
Ensure effective production processes and conduct internal audits
