职位概况
负责操作押出机、粉碎机等生产设备，完成生产目标并持续改进，确保产品质量符合公司标准。
主要职责
- 操作押出机、粉碎机等生产机器，达成生产计划。
- 在生产过程中监督产品质量，确保符合公司指标。
- 提高原料利用率，减少浪费和不良品。
- 按要求进行设备的日常使用与保养。
- 执行工作区域的HSE、5S和GA管理。
任职要求
- 初中或以上学历。
- 1-3年生产制造工作经验。
- 能够接受倒班和加班。
- 服从领导安排，具备良好的团队合作精神。
必备技能
- 押出机操作技能。
- 粉碎机操作技能。
- 设备日常使用与保养能力。
- 熟悉HSE、5S、GA管理要求。
