Production Manager / Supervisor – Panel Assembly

About the role

Siemens is seeking a Production Manager/Supervisor to lead daily operations for its Panel Assembly line. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, high quality standards, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities, employee supervision, product quality, and material flow.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and digital intelligence improvements.
• Coordinate inter‑departmental communication and resolve abnormal cases with cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee production planning, budgeting, logistics, and workshop site management including layout optimisation and QEHS compliance.
• Control order execution, problem‑solve to meet delivery targets, and handle routine labour‑related affairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in industrial, electrical, or equipment engineering.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 5 years experience in a foreign‑owned or joint‑venture manufacturing environment; GIS plant experience is a plus.
• Proven background in production management and industrial engineering.
• Self‑motivated, innovative, and quick learner with strong integrity.
