About the role

MSA Safety is seeking a motivated Production Line Operator to join its Suzhou manufacturing plant. This 1st‑shift position is essential to keeping the production line running smoothly while upholding the company’s safety‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

Operate production line machinery, equipment and tools according to standard operating procedures.
Follow occupational health and safety regulations at all times.
Detect and report defective materials, quality issues, or any questionable conditions to supervisors.
Perform preventive maintenance on production line machinery.
Assist equipment engineers or maintenance technicians with repairs and maintenance tasks.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and keep equipment in good condition.
Carry out any additional duties as required.

Required profile

At least 12 years of compulsory education.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant factory experience.
