职位概况
负责机器人关节模组的产品规划与管理，制定中长期路线图，推动产品从概念到量产，提升产品竞争力。
主要职责
- 定义并管理人形机器人关节模组的产品路线图，收集并转化客户需求为技术规格。
- 参与技术方案与架构评估，与研发团队共同评审并比较技术路线。
- 组织概念评审、技术评审，推动原型开发、性能、成本及进度管理。
- 组织原型测试与客户验证，闭环处理设计及测试问题，推动量产转化。
- 支持前端及应用团队的产品问题，建立并发布产品知识，跟踪销售数据，协助物流、售后等全生命周期管理。
任职要求
- 具备机器人或相关领域的产品管理经验，能够进行市场分析与需求定义。
- 熟悉技术方案评估，能够与研发团队协作完成技术选型。
- 具备项目管理能力，能够统筹产品开发进度、成本与质量。
- 良好的沟通协调能力，能够与OEM、内部团队及客户有效交流。
