Procurement Associate – Food Ingredients

About the role

Join IFF's Food Ingredients business in Kunshan, Suzhou as a Procurement Associate. You will support end‑to‑end procurement activities that keep our supply chain running smoothly for products used daily worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IM&S‑related procurement activities from start to finish.
• Create and maintain spot purchase orders across multiple systems.
• Handle agreement management, PO confirmation, and proper documentation filing.
• Coordinate and follow up with suppliers on procurement‑related matters.
• Verify payment terms and resolve exceptional notices.
• Support vendor master data setup and review processes.
• Purchase non‑essential materials and services.
• Collaborate with sourcing colleagues to share best practices and improve procurement processes.

Required profile

• Educational background in International Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
• Proficient spoken English with solid written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated learning capability, adaptability, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP systems (preferred).
